Brittain Media is a private, family-operated media service. We collect only the information needed to review access requests, deliver optional updates, protect the website, and operate the services you choose to use.
Information you provide
An account request may include your name, email address, preferred username, invitation code, and consent to be contacted. A Weekly Replay subscription includes your email address and subscription choice. Brittain Media will never ask for your Video Archive password through the public website.
How information is used
Account-request information is used to verify and review your request, contact you about the decision, and set up appropriate Video Archive access. Subscription information is used only to send the Weekly Replay when new recordings are available.
Email and service providers
Brevo is planned for email verification, delivery, and subscription management. Hosting, security, and media-service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect Brittain Media. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above, security, or basic recordkeeping. You may unsubscribe from update emails at any time. You may also ask Brittain Media to correct or remove information you submitted.
Children’s privacy
The public forms are intended for adults and invited friends or family members. A parent or guardian should submit requests for children under 13. Brittain Media does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through its public forms.
Private media
Access to the Video Archive is assigned individually. Receiving an invitation code or submitting a request does not automatically grant access. Public previews, if added later, will be selected separately and reviewed for privacy before publication.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the website’s email, account-request, and live-stream features are completed. The effective date above will change when material updates are made.
